Acceptance of Terms
By using Bay X Bengal (bayxbengal.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the platform.
Our Services
Bay X Bengal offers:
- The Directory (free)— browsing verified exporter listings and sending buyer inquiries directly through a listing's profile page
- Featured Listing (paid, for exporters) — pins your listing to the top of category, product, and district pages for the period you pay for
- Sourcing Assistant (paid, for buyers)— we curate a shortlist of exporters based on what you're sourcing and arrange a direct virtual meeting with a verified contact at the matched exporter

Pricing & Payment
- Featured Listing is priced in Bangladeshi Taka (৳500/month, or ৳5,000/year), since exporters using it pay in taka
- Sourcing Assistant is a fixed $10 USD one-time fee per request, paid once, no subscription
- We don't currently have automated online checkout. Payment is arranged manually, over WhatsApp or email, after you request a service
- Prices may change. Any change won't affect a payment you've already made
Refund Policy
Featured Listing:Once your listing is live and pinned, the fee for that period is non-refundable. If we're unable to activate your listing within 3 business days of payment, you're entitled to a full refund.
Sourcing Assistant:If we're unable to arrange a virtual meeting with a suitable exporter within 7 days of payment, you're entitled to a full refund. Once the meeting has been arranged, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of that meeting or any deal that follows.

Listing Accuracy
Exporters are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit when claiming or updating a listing. Bay X Bengal verifies claims against EPB registration data but doesn't independently audit every detail an exporter provides.
No Guarantee on Trade Outcomes
Bay X Bengal is a directory and introduction service. We help buyers and exporters find and connect with each other, but we're not a party to any deal, order, or contract that results from that connection. We don't guarantee product quality, delivery, pricing, or the conduct of any exporter or buyer, and we're not liable for disputes between them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of Bay X Bengal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
